Service-call and cancellation policies
The $65 service-call fee is credited toward the total of any service you purchase. We quote the total before work begins; you pay only the remaining balance after the credit. Additional work requires your approval.
Cancellation and refunds
Call (817) 929-4711 as soon as you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancel before the technician departs for your appointment for a full refund of your service-call payment. Once the technician has departed, the $65 service-call fee applies, including if access is unavailable when we arrive.
If Cowboy Lock and Key cancels your appointment, your service-call payment will be refunded in full. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears. Contact us about concerns with completed work so we can review the service provided.
After-hours service
After-hours service is subject to technician availability and must be confirmed directly. We do not promise 24-hour availability. Any additional service charges are quoted for approval before booking; the $65 service-call fee does not increase with distance.
